What does a dinosaur look like? It is the nearly infinite number of answers to this question that inspired us to choose dinosaurs as the topic for the first issue of Amenità. Almost everyone, from children to Steven Spielberg to J Mascis, seem to have a love for dinosaurs. Even comic authors have taken a particular liking to our prehistoric friends, often portraying them in a melancholic light: the nagging Brontosaurus, the lazy Triceratops, the Ultimasaurus who suffers from fear of abandonment. Nope, dinosaurs are not just legendary creatures, uncontested rulers of the earth for centuries; the are, above all, al extinct species. Will comic meet the same fate?
